Shopify Çiçeksepeti Integration
To sell your Shopify products on Çiçeksepeti, the two systems have to keep talking to each other. Çiçeksepeti does not publish an official Shopify app, so an integration tool builds that connection. Setup starts with the seller application and closes with your first order. In between, the product, stock, price, and order flows are each built separately, and Çiçeksepeti's delivery, approval, and invoice rules cut into that flow.

Shopify Çiçeksepeti integration what is it?
A Shopify Çiçeksepeti integration is the connection that keeps your products, stock quantities, prices, and incoming orders aligned in both systems. Because Çiçeksepeti does not publish an official Shopify app, that connection is built with an integration tool, and the tool takes over the copying work between the two panels.
Setup starts once your Çiçeksepeti seller application is approved. After approval you request your integration credentials from the panel, map categories and required attributes, define each product's delivery type, and set your price and stock rules. When delivery type and category mapping fall outside the standard template, Nodus Works' Shopify integration and custom app development service completes this setup. The last step is a test order placed with a single product.
Once the connection is live, day-to-day work runs from one place. Orders placed on Çiçeksepeti land in Shopify, stock drops on both sides when a product sells, and you manage prices through a rule instead of rewriting them product by product. Carrying the order's delivery day and time slot onto the Shopify side is a separate setup decision.
What syncs between Shopify and Çiçeksepeti
Once the connection is live, product data, stock, prices, orders, shipping, and invoices sit in the same flow. The six headings below cover the questions that come up most often in a Shopify Çiçeksepeti integration.
Çiçeksepeti product transfer and sync
Your Shopify products are sent to Çiçeksepeti after category and required-attribute mapping is in place. Every product that is sent enters an approval process, so finishing the transfer is not the same as going live.
Shopify Çiçeksepeti inventory sync
When a sale happens on one channel, the other channel's quantity drops as well, so the two stores do not sell the last unit twice. You decide which Shopify location is opened to the channel.
Shopify Çiçeksepeti price sync
The Çiçeksepeti price does not have to match the Shopify price, and in most cases it should not. You define a separate rule that includes commission and the shipping cost that stays with the seller, and both sides update from that rule during campaign periods.
Çiçeksepeti order transfer
Orders placed on Çiçeksepeti are written into Shopify, so you work from the same list as the warehouse. Delivery day and time slot are not a standard Shopify field, so where that information is written is decided during setup.
Çiçeksepeti shipping and courier flow
You can work with the channel's contracted carriers or with your own courier operation. Using your own shipping agreement and your own rates, in Çiçeksepeti's own wording, goes through an integration.
Çiçeksepeti invoice flow
You issue the invoice in your own e-archive or e-invoice system; Çiçeksepeti asks you to upload the invoice from the panel. Because the product may be a gift, the invoice does not go in the parcel; that rule changes the habit you built on the Shopify side.
Which side of Çiçeksepeti are you selling on?
Çiçeksepeti looks like a single marketplace, but there are two separate businesses inside it, and the integration decision starts there. The seller type you pick on the application decides which side you are on; a Shopify connection does not do the same job on both sides.
Marketplace side: a classic ecommerce flow
This is the side where you sell your own products at your own price. The product card is yours, you write the price, and you ship by carrier. The Shopify integration in practice covers this side and looks like the flow on other marketplaces.
Flowers and same-day service: an agency model
On this side the site sale price, the tariffs, and the shared attributes are set by Çiçeksepeti. Because the price is not yours, sending a price from Shopify has no counterpart; the work is a city delivery operation, not a data sync.
Running both at once
There are sellers who both ship products by carrier and run same-day service, but the two sides have separate rules. Building the integration for the marketplace side and running the service side from the panel is healthier than forcing both into a single flow.
The table below shows the difference between the two sides at a glance. Being clear about which column you are in before setup also makes it clear what you should expect from the integration.
| Topic | Marketplace side | Flowers and service side |
|---|---|---|
| Who sets the price | The seller | Çiçeksepeti |
| Who owns the product content | The seller's own product card | Çiçeksepeti's catalog |
| Delivery | Carrier | Same-day service, courier, and a time slot |
| Infrastructure needed | A warehouse is enough | In-city delivery capability |
| Fit for a Shopify integration | High, every field that needs to sync is there | Low, price and content are not yours |
How do you set up a Shopify Çiçeksepeti integration?
The six steps below cover the full setup, from the seller application through the first test order. Most of the work happens in the Çiçeksepeti seller panel, so you need an account with access to it; on the Shopify side it is enough for the store to be live.
Open your Çiçeksepeti seller account
The application is submitted on ciceksepeti.com, and the form asks you to pick a seller type. The agreement and the platform rules are expected to be uploaded stamped and signed on every page, so this step does not finish in a single session.
Request your integration credentials
These details sit on the Integration Credentials screen under Account Management in the panel, but the field comes back empty if they have not been defined yet. In that case you open a support request from the panel under the integration processes heading; separate identities are issued for test and live.
Map categories and required attributes
When you pick a category, that category's required attributes are listed and all of them have to be filled. Some attributes produce variants, so mapping is not only a category choice; it is also building the product structure.
Define delivery type and brand information
Çiçeksepeti asks for delivery type as a field on the product itself and does not accept an unbranded product. You have to write per product whether you ship by carrier, same-day service, or both, and you have to define your brand in the panel.
Set your price, stock, and invoice rule
Instead of sending the Shopify price as-is, set a channel price that includes commission and the shipping cost that stays with the seller. Because the invoice does not go in the parcel and is uploaded from the panel, the invoice flow also has to be part of this setup.
Confirm the flow with a test order
Place an order with a single product and check that it lands in Shopify, that the delivery-day information is carried across, that stock drops, and that the invoice is uploaded to the panel. If those work, you can open the rest of the catalog.
The table below shows which Çiçeksepeti fields your Shopify fields map to, using the names you see in the panel.
| What you have in Shopify | What it maps to on Çiçeksepeti |
|---|---|
| Title | Product name |
| SKU | Seller stock code |
| Product group | Main product code, keeps variants together |
| Barcode | Optional, cannot exceed 40 characters if entered |
| Price | Sale price |
| Compare-at price | List price |
| Inventory | Sellable quantity |
| Brand | Required, unbranded products are not accepted |
| Image | Product images, cannot carry seller information |
| No Shopify field | Delivery type, delivery day, and time slot |
The last row is the part of this channel that is missed most often. Delivery type, delivery day, and time slot are details Çiçeksepeti asks for that Shopify does not carry; where those are written is defined once on the integration side.
Tell us about your catalog and current setup, and we will work out how the Shopify Çiçeksepeti integration should be built for your product structure. You do not need to fill in a form, reach us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp.
What do you need to become a Çiçeksepeti seller?
To sell on Çiçeksepeti you need to own a company, and a sole proprietorship is enough. Being a taxpayer and being able to issue invoices is required; the only exception is handmade-product selling, and that application type accepts a tax-exemption certificate. Sales are made only in Turkish lira.
Company and tax documents
A current tax certificate and a signature circular sit at the top of the list. A sole proprietorship and a simple partnership add an identity document; a simple partnership also adds the partnership agreement.
Uploading contracts and forms signed
The dealer information form, the seller agreement, and the platform usage rules are uploaded stamped and signed on every page. The trade registry gazette and an activity certificate are not required on this channel.
Extra documents asked for by category
Food and drink and edible-flower sales ask for an establishment approval or registration document from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Without that document, sales in the related category are not opened.
The current document list is always on the application screen at ciceksepeti.com. Seller approval, issuing integration credentials, and products appearing in the store are separate processes, so the timeline should not be tied to a single date.
| Stage | How long it takes | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Seller application approval | Çiçeksepeti does not commit to a timeline | The process does not start if signed agreement pages are missing |
| Issuing integration credentials | Depends on the support request | A request has to be opened if the field is empty in the panel |
| Building the connection | Same day | Short if you are using a ready-made tool |
| Products going live | Depends on the approval process | Every product waits for approval and can come back with a rejection reason |
| Steady sales | The first weeks | Price, delivery performance, and return rate start to matter here |
How does Çiçeksepeti commission show up in the price?
Çiçeksepeti commission runs by category and the rate is written into your seller agreement. The category you pick on the application sets the rate in the agreement; when you sell in another category, that category's rate is applied. The channel does not publish a public rate list; what counts is your agreement and the current value in your panel.
That does not mean you do not know the rate: for every order Çiçeksepeti gives your payout amount, its own deduction, and the planned payment date separately. Instead of guessing, you can see the deduction that actually happened order by order and set your price rule against your own number.
If you send the Shopify price to Çiçeksepeti as-is, commission comes straight out of your margin. Instead you set the channel price as a rule: commission, any service fee, and a shipping share are added on top of the Shopify price. Once the rule is defined you do not have to write a price on every product.
Know that this channel has a limit when you cut a price: the new sale price cannot go below half of the current sale price. A deep campaign set in one move in Shopify therefore comes back on Çiçeksepeti; the discount has to be made in steps. The gap between compare-at price and sale price also has a lower and upper bound, and the compare-at price has to be the lowest sale price of the last thirty days.
Accounting for shipping cost is especially important on this channel. Because free shipping is offered to the customer, the outbound charge stays with the seller, and return shipping is written to the seller the same way. On low-value products those two lines, not commission, decide the margin.
Payouts also run on their own calendar. The amount hits your account on the first Wednesday after the order is delivered and your category's payment period has ended; the distance between sale day and money day therefore changes by category. You have to build your cash-flow plan against this calendar, not against the sale date.
Where do Çiçeksepeti catalog rules diverge from Trendyol?
If you arrive at Çiçeksepeti with habits built on Trendyol or Hepsiburada, product approval is the first place that surprises you. How a product goes live, what cannot be written in the description, and the brand requirement all work differently here.
Every product waits for approval
A product you send does not go live directly; it stays in waiting-for-approval and goes through review. A bulk upload is not the same as going live, so the list has to be read row by row on setup day.
An unbranded product cannot be sold
Çiçeksepeti treats brand as required and asks you to define your brand in the panel. Products that left the brand field empty on the Shopify side therefore come back from review.
Contact details cannot be written in the description
Writing a company name, site address, email, or phone number in the product description is a rejection reason. If those details sit in your Shopify descriptions, the whole catalog comes back on the same ground.
The image cannot carry seller information
Seller logos or contact details do not belong on images. Knowing before setup that you cannot use branded images prepared for your own store makes the work easier.
The main product code holds variants, not the barcode
A barcode is not required on this channel; what holds variants together is the main product code, and each variant becomes its own row with its own stock code. The detail that actually matters: once a barcode is defined on a product it cannot be changed, so it has to be right on the first send.
Product safety information is requested
The listing has to carry manufacturer or importer details, and those fields are not standard in Shopify. Collecting the information before setup keeps part of the catalog from coming back with missing data.
You also have to account for an updated product being able to go back into review. When you change the title or description on a live product, it can temporarily return to an approval status; that is why staying on the price and stock side during campaign days is safer than changing content.
How are delivery day and time slot managed?
This is the most important operations difference that sets Çiçeksepeti apart from other marketplaces. The customer places the order for a specific day and a specific time slot; the rule is not to ship within a given window, it is to deliver on a given day.
The order is placed for a day and a time slot
The customer picks the delivery date and time slot, and you prepare the order against that date. Shopify does not have this as a standard field, so it has to travel with the order; otherwise the warehouse prepares it on the wrong day.
Delivery type is a field on the product
Whether the product ships by carrier, same-day service, or both is written per product. The wrong type makes you take orders for a delivery method you do not offer.
Same-day delivery needs a region definition
If you do same-day delivery, you define which regions you serve and in which time slots. That definition is updated from the panel and has to be updated when your coverage changes.
Flower orders have a customer-approved photo step
On flower shipments a photo of the prepared product is uploaded to the system, sent to the customer for approval, and the order leaves only after that approval. No Shopify flow has a counterpart for this step; it runs by hand.
Your own shipping agreement needs an integration
You can work with the channel's contracted carriers, but using your own shipping agreement and your own rates, in Çiçeksepeti's own wording, requires an integration. On stores with large shipment volume, this is where the integration pays for itself.
The invoice does not go in the parcel
Because the product may be a gift, the invoice does not go in the box and is uploaded from the panel; putting a brochure or a catalog in is also forbidden. If you have a Shopify setup that prints the invoice with the parcel, it has to be split for this channel.
Why does stock collide, and how do you prevent overselling?
Stock and price updates do not hit Çiçeksepeti instantly; they first join a queue. A message that the system received the request does not mean the product was updated, so setups that never follow the result end up with oversells and cancellations.
The update does not land instantly, with a four-hour ceiling
The new quantity you send joins a queue and is processed when its turn comes. Çiçeksepeti says stock and price updates will finish within four hours at the latest, and product create and product update within twenty-four hours at the latest. It is usually much faster, but the plan has to be built against that ceiling; if the old quantity is still showing on Çiçeksepeti, that queue is the first place to look.
Two channels sell from the same stock
If Shopify and Çiçeksepeti sell from the same warehouse, the last unit can sell on both sides. In that case one of the orders turns into a cancellation, and the cancellation hits your store performance.
Writing stock on a product still in review
A product that has not finished approval does not appear in the store, so stock written on it does nothing. Treating those rows as on sale leaves you holding channel stock that does not exist in Shopify.
Writing stock from a multi-location Shopify setup
Sending the sum of every location makes unsellable units appear on the channel. If you do same-day delivery, which warehouse serves which region also matters.
Unpublishing in Shopify is not enough
When you unpublish a product in Shopify, that does not travel to Çiçeksepeti; the channel does not let the product itself be set to inactive through the API. What you can do is set every variant to inactive; closing the product entirely requires a support request from the panel.
Cancellations and returns restore stock
A cancelled or returned product goes back into sellable stock. If that movement is not written to Shopify, the two quantities drift apart over time and the only way to fix it is a count.
Hiding the last few units from the store
Not showing the last few units on the channel at all reduces your sellable stock, but it also lowers cancellation risk. On an order placed for a specific day, the cost of a cancellation is higher than on a normal carrier order.
There is also a difference on the return side: requests split into refund and exchange, and the two have different outcomes. When you approve a refund the order closes; when you approve an exchange the order returns to a "new order" status and drops back into your order list. A setup that does not split those two makes the warehouse treat an exchange as a new sale. Custom-designed products and perishable food sit outside the right of withdrawal, and return shipping is written to the seller. Undelivered parcels also wait at the branch for a set period and then come back to you.
Overselling turns into a cancellation, and a cancellation hits your store performance. On Trendyol and Hepsiburada barcode, commission, and approval run on different rules, so writing the same stock rule to every marketplace leaves one channel exposed. If you are opening a second channel next to Çiçeksepeti, take a look at Station to manage products, stock, prices, and orders from one panel.
The most common mistakes in the Shopify Çiçeksepeti integration
The nine headings below are the mistakes that show up most often in setup. The outcomes look alike as well: the product comes back from review, the order is prepared on the wrong day, or the margin comes out lower than expected.
Looking for integration credentials in the panel
If these details have not been defined yet they appear empty in the panel and are requested with a support ticket. Time spent hunting for a button stops setup on the second step.
Not carrying delivery-day information
The order is placed for a specific day, and Shopify does not have this as a standard field. When it is not carried across, the warehouse prepares the order on the wrong day and the delivery is missed.
Leaving contact details in the description
Descriptions that contain a company name, site, phone, or email are a rejection reason. A catalog sent with the same template can come back in full for that reason.
Sending the brand field empty
Unbranded products are not accepted, and the brand has to be defined in the panel. Stores that do not use this field in Shopify get stuck here during setup.
Using your own branded images
Seller logos or contact details cannot sit on images. An image set prepared for your own store has to be split for this channel.
Writing the same price to both channels
Sending the Shopify price as-is does not cover commission and the shipping cost that stays with the seller. The channel price is set with a separate rule.
Not accounting for shipping cost
Because free shipping is offered to the customer, both the outbound charge and return shipping stay with the seller. On low-value products those two lines decide the margin.
Putting the invoice in the parcel
Because the product may be a gift, the invoice does not go in the box and is uploaded from the panel. A setup that prints the invoice with the parcel has to be split for this channel.
Treating a bulk upload as going live
Every product goes through an approval process and some of them come back with a rejection reason. When the result is not read, products thought to be unsold have never gone live.
Three common problems and how we solve them
The three setup scenarios below show how we handle Shopify Çiçeksepeti integration problems we have solved in stores we connected.
Orders being prepared on the wrong day
ProblemThe connection was working, orders were landing in Shopify, and the warehouse was preparing them in the order they arrived. Delivery complaints jumped in the first special-day period, even though no order had been missed.
CauseÇiçeksepeti takes the order for a specific day and time slot, while Shopify was listing orders by arrival. Delivery-day information was never carried to the Shopify side, so the warehouse could not tell today's work from work three days out.
SolutionDelivery day and time slot were written onto the order as a separate field, and the warehouse list was sorted by delivery date instead of arrival date. Same-day service regions were put on a separate flow, and carrier shipments stayed in their own queue.
The catalog coming back from review
ProblemThe same product list that already worked for Trendyol was sent to Çiçeksepeti. Most products stayed in waiting-for-approval and some came back with a reason. Sales were expected for two weeks while the catalog had never gone live.
CauseProduct descriptions still carried the store name and contact details, some images had a brand logo, and some products had an empty brand field. All three are rejection reasons on this channel and were not a problem on Trendyol.
SolutionDescriptions were moved onto a channel-specific template, a logo-free image set was prepared, and brands were defined in the panel. The catalog was sent in groups, and the next group opened only after each group's result was read.
Profit falling while sales rose
ProblemOrder volume was above expectation, yet profit at month end came in below it. Prices matched Shopify and no error was visible.
CauseThe Shopify price was being sent to the channel as-is, so commission came straight out of margin. On top of that sat the cost of free shipping offered to the customer and return shipments; on low-value products a sale had turned into a loss.
SolutionThe channel price was rebuilt with a rule that includes commission and a shipping share. Low-value products were treated as a separate group, some of them were turned into packs, and the payout calendar was written into the cash-flow plan.
Station is the tool we built to run the product, stock, price, and order flow from a single panel. When you add Trendyol or Hepsiburada, each channel gets its own rules.
