What is a Shopify integration?
A Shopify integration means product, stock, price and order data in your Shopify store runs from the same source as another channel. If stock lives in two places, you sell what you do not have. If orders are posted into accounting by hand, invoices slip and VAT drifts. If the label is printed in a separate carrier panel, the tracking number never reaches the order.
The connection is built in three layers. A Shopify marketplace integration covers product transfer, category mapping, stock and price sync, order transfer and return status. A Shopify ERP integration moves stock, orders and invoices into the accounting record. A Shopify shipping integration creates the label, writes the tracking number into Shopify and updates delivery status.

Which layers does a Shopify integration cover?
A Shopify integration covers three layers: marketplace, accounting/ERP and shipping. Open the seller and access account
A Shopify integration is not set up without the channel's seller panel and connection access.
Match the catalog and the stock source
Barcode, SKU and variant match the Shopify record to the channel record. Unmatched rows fall onto a separate stock.
Write the price and commission rule
List price and selling price stay separate. The rule is set per channel so commission does not erase the margin.
Set the order and return direction
New orders land in Shopify. Cancellations and returns restore stock to its previous state.
Confirm with a test order
The first order is checked on stock, price, label and invoice. The live catalog opens after that.
