End-To-End Shopify Transformation in Fashion E-Commerce
Our project for Mai Studios was not just a platform transition, but a comprehensive digital transformation process that brings together the brand's product management, operations, customer experience and data flow in one center. In the process of migrating to the Shopify infrastructure, data integrity was maintained by fully migrating products, variants, collections, customer data, and order history. The URL structures and content hierarchy have been carefully maintained so as not to damage the existing SEO structure while the migration process is carried out with a controlled plan. Due to the breadth of the product range and the variety of fashion categories, the category structure has been completely redesigned. Women's clothing collections have been reclassified by season, category and product type with a more understandable information architecture. Thus, a navigation structure was created where users can discover products faster and reach the product they are looking for in less time. The size tables, product specifications, and variant management in the product detail pages have been reconfigured to support the user experience. Dynamic size tables and variant-based information fields have been added to facilitate the size selection process, which is especially important in fashion products. In addition, advanced intelligent search infrastructure was integrated into the site, creating a search experience where users can get quick results based on product name, category or keyword.



Fashion Infrastructure Strengthened by Nebim Integration and Intelligent Systems
One of the most critical components of the project was the integration of operational processes with the ERP system. Thanks to the Nebim integration, product, inventory, and price data were synchronized with Shopify in real time. Thanks to this integration, store and warehouse stocks became centrally managed, and product inventory began to be displayed consistently across all sales channels. At the same time, IIS integration for customer communication processes was established and e-mail and SMS permission management was managed through a centralized system in accordance with the legislation. On the user experience side, product discovery has been significantly accelerated thanks to the intelligent search system, advanced filtering and simplified category structure. Due to the fact that fashion products contain a large number of variants, product pages have been optimized to support variant management. In addition, performance optimizations, mobile-friendly design principles, and streamlined purchase flow resulted in a faster and smoother shopping experience across the site. As a result, the Shopify infrastructure for Mai Studios created a modern and scalable digital commerce ecosystem that supports the brand's growing e-commerce operations with Nebim ERP integration, intelligent search system, advanced category architecture, dynamic body tables and IIS-compliant communication infrastructure. This project has become a comprehensive example of transformation in the textile industry that demonstrates how to build a sustainable fashion e-commerce infrastructure on Shopify with strong ERP integrations and user-experience driven architecture.
