How does the 20% commission work?

Within an agreed partnership, you can earn up to 20% commission on suitable clients you refer that turn into projects. The rate and terms are clarified upfront based on project scope and the collaboration model.

Does every referral earn commission?

Commission applies only to referrals that are deemed suitable and genuinely turn into projects. A meeting alone doesn't create earnings; it applies per the agreement once the project starts.

Can we work white-label?

Yes. You can offer Shopify services under your own brand and leave the technical implementation to Nodus Works in the background. The visible client relationship stays entirely with you.

Who keeps the client communication?

Unless agreed otherwise, the client relationship stays with the partner. In white-label and creative agency models you manage external communication while we stay on the technical side.

How do you support creative agencies?

While you manage the creative and brand side, we take on Shopify setup, migration, theme development, integration and technical optimization. This way you can take on bigger projects without carrying the technical risk.

Do you recommend theme/app developers' products to clients?

Yes. In aligned projects we recommend our partners' products and services to our own client ecosystem. The goal is to match the right product with the right Shopify project.

Is there a contract?

Yes. The scope of collaboration, the earning model and confidentiality principles are set out in a written framework, so both sides know the expectations from the start.

One-off or ongoing partnership?

Both are possible. We can work on a single project, or build a long-term partnership with a regular flow of work. The choice depends on you and the volume.

Do you accept non-Shopify projects?

Our focus is Shopify e-commerce. We can evaluate non-Shopify needs case by case, but the core of the partnership is Shopify projects.

What happens after I apply?

After your application we hold a short intro call, assess the fit and determine the model that suits you. Then we evaluate the first opportunity and move into joint delivery.

Can we partner from outside Turkey?

We're a Shopify-focused team based in Turkey; as long as we can run communication and delivery remotely, we can consider collaborating with teams in different locations.
