When was Nodus Works founded?
Nodus Works was founded in 2020 and is headquartered
in Pendik, Istanbul. We have completed more than 500 projects since
then.

Do you only work with Shopify stores?
Shopify is our focus; store setup, integration, conversion
optimisation and SEO are all designed specifically around the
Shopify platform. We also support
migration projects
from other platforms to Shopify.
Can I get everything from store setup to SEO from a single agency?
Yes. Setup, integration, conversion optimisation, content/SEO and
technical support all run inside the same team, which gives you an
end-to-end process without knowledge being lost between different
agencies.
Do you also work with Shopify Plus stores?
Yes, since 2024 we have maintained a dedicated specialisation in
Shopify Plus solutions. We cover the infrastructure and automation
needs of high-volume stores on our

Do you offer mobile app development?

Process, Timeline and Pricing
How long does a Shopify store setup project take?
A standard
Shopify store setup
is completed within 2-4 weeks. The process begins
with analysis and planning, then moves through theme and design,
product configuration, payment, shipping and tax integrations,
testing and launch preparation.
Do you provide support after the setup?
Yes, our standard setup process includes 30 days of
technical support after launch. If you need ongoing
maintenance beyond that period, we can continue as a separate
technical support service.
How does Nodus Works’ pricing model work?
We do not publish a fixed, public price list; we prepare a quote
based on the scope of each project. Store size, the number of
integrations required and the combination of services all affect the
price directly.
What should I do to request a quote?

will prepare a quote based on your needs.

Our Apps and SaaS Products
Does Nodus Works have its own Shopify apps?
Yes, we have built 13 free Shopify apps covering
needs from data protection compliance to loyalty programmes, and

What free tools do you offer?
We offer 6 free tools: an SEO analysis tool, a theme
finder, a plan calculator, a contract generator, an llms.txt
generator and an app listing studio. You can access them on our

What is Station?
Station is our SaaS product for managing your Shopify store together
with marketplaces, ERP, shipping and accounting systems from a single
panel; it centralises inventory synchronisation, bulk price updates
and order flow. You can find the details on our

What are Vendo and Agencio?
Vendo is our SaaS product that turns a single-vendor Shopify store
into a multi-vendor marketplace; Agencio is a solution that brings
ticketing, CRM, quotes and a client portal together on one platform

Support, Maintenance and Contact
Can I get technical support after my store goes live?
Yes, 30 days of technical support is included after
our standard setup process; if you need help on an ongoing basis
beyond that, we continue as a separate
technical support and maintenance service.
Can I switch to Nodus Works while another agency is working on my Shopify store?
Yes, it is possible to take over the technical and strategic
management of an existing store. To make the process clear, we first
review your current setup together.
