Shopify FashFed Integration
FashFed is Eren Perakende's fashion channel and does not present itself as an open marketplace on its own site: the user agreement writes that Eren Perakende is an intermediary service provider in cases where it does not sell itself. There is no seller form and no public technical document. The known steps from the application to the first order run in order. The return code changes by seller, and a few rules the channel does not publish have to be asked during the contract stage.
growing on Shopify with Nodus Works
Shopify FashFed integration what is it?
A Shopify FashFed integration is the connection that keeps your products, stock quantities, prices, and incoming orders aligned in both systems. FashFed does not publish its own Shopify app; the bridge is built by an integration tool that uses the credentials given to you after approval.
Setup starts once the application passes review and the contract is completed. You then collect your integration credentials, build catalog mapping, and define your price and stock rules. The channel does not describe these steps in a public guide, so the order becomes clear during the contract process. Because there is no public guide, stores building this connection for the first time take support from Nodus Works' Shopify integration and custom app development service.
Once the connection is live, day-to-day work runs from one place. Orders placed on the channel land in Shopify, stock drops on both sides when a product sells, and you manage prices through a rule instead of rewriting them product by product. On the return side you have to account from the start for a code rule that changes by seller.
What syncs between Shopify and FashFed
Once the connection is live, product data, stock, prices, orders, shipping, and returns sit in the same flow. The six headings below cover the questions that come up most often in a Shopify FashFed integration.
FashFed product transfer
Your Shopify products are sent to the channel after mapping is in place. A required-field list is not published, so which details lead to a rejection becomes clear during the contract process; even a successful upload may still require the product to be accepted separately.
Shopify FashFed inventory sync
When a sale happens on one channel, the other channel's quantity drops as well, so the two stores do not sell the last unit twice. The channel does not publish a landing time; that time changes with the working style of the tool you connected.
Shopify FashFed price sync
You manage your channel price with a rule separate from the Shopify price, because commission and a shipping share set the gap. A tariff is not published, so the rule should not be set before your contract rate is clear.
FashFed order transfer
Orders placed on the channel are written into Shopify, so you work from the same list as the warehouse. Cancellations approved on the channel side also land in the integration and restore stock.
Shipping label and barcode
A contracted-carrier list is not published. When an order lands, which agreement you print the label from and how the tracking number is written onto the order is defined during setup.
Return flow and the seller split
Free returns are promised to the consumer, but the return code changes by seller. On a FashFed-sold product the return code and the company code are asked for together; on other sellers the seller's shipping code is used.
What do you need to become a seller on FashFed?
On this channel the application is not a self-serve signup like Trendyol or Hepsiburada. The channel presents itself as a fashion store that curates, and the acceptance decision is tied to a review.
The marketplace model is written in the agreement
The user agreement writes that Eren Perakende is an intermediary service provider in cases where it does not sell itself. The seller is responsible for the invoice, delivery, and after-sales service. So the channel does not only sell its own stock.
More than one seller already sits on the site
When the transaction guide explains cancellation and returns, it lists FashFed, Superstep, Occasion, Lacoste, Nautica, and United Brands sellers separately. That is the proof from the consumer site that the channel works with third-party sellers.
There is no online seller form
The channel's site has no application form to fill in for marketplace selling. The consumer contact form and the customer line are not a seller application; writing to the wrong door stretches the process from the start.
Curation and the original-product promise shape acceptance
The channel builds itself on premium fashion and a one-hundred-percent original-product promise. A brand-registration requirement is not published, so we do not write that as a rule; your brand fitting the channel's positioning is still part of the acceptance decision.
The contract and technical setup come later
If the review is positive, the contract is signed and you move to the technical integration stage. Your commission rate also becomes clear at this stage, because the channel does not publish a tariff.
An approval time is not published
There is no official information on how many days the application takes to conclude, so you need to ask for the timeline in the application. Having your brand presentation and product images ready at application time speeds the process.
How do you set up a Shopify FashFed integration?
The six steps below cover the full setup, from the application through the first test order. The channel does not publish its technical documentation publicly, so part of the steps becomes clear during the contract process.
Submit your partnership application and finish the review
Because a seller form is not published, the application starts with the channel's partnership correspondence. Have your brand presentation, product group, and company documents ready. Do not treat the consumer contact form as a seller application.
Sign the contract and collect your access details
If the review is positive, the contract is signed and your commission rate becomes clear. The panel name and where integration credentials are taken from are not published, so ask your counterpart for those in writing.
Enter your integration credentials into the tool
FashFed does not publish its own Shopify app. The bridge is built by an integration tool that uses the credentials given to you. Confirm before setup that the tool supports this channel live.
Build catalog mapping
How barcode, color, size, and stock code are carried is not a published fact. Map your Shopify option names to the pattern the channel expects; take the rule from your counterpart, do not guess it.
Define the price, stock, and shipping rule
Set a channel price that includes commission and any shipping share, and decide which warehouse's stock will be sent. Enter a delivery time you can actually keep; the consumer banner on the site is not a seller commitment.
Confirm the flow with a test order
Place an order with a single product and check that it lands in Shopify, that stock drops, and that the label prints. Then cancel the same order and also check that stock is restored and that the return code is produced correctly.
The table below shows which FashFed fields your Shopify fields map to. Rows whose counterpart is not published were not left blank; they were written as unknown.
| What you have in Shopify | What it maps to on FashFed |
|---|---|
| Title | Product name |
| Barcode | Is not published, confirm during the contract process |
| SKU | Stock code, must match exactly in the mapping |
| Option 1 | Is not published |
| Option 2 | Is not published |
| Price | Channel sale price |
| Inventory | Sellable quantity |
| Shipping | Is not published |
| No Shopify field | Approval status, return code, company code, the channel's own campaign calendar |
The gaps in the table come from this channel not publishing its seller documentation publicly. Take barcode, variant pattern, and shipping rule in writing before you prepare the catalog; otherwise you start with products rejected on the first upload.
Tell us about your catalog and current setup, and we will work out how the Shopify FashFed integration should be built for your product structure. You do not need to fill in a form, reach us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp.
How does FashFed commission affect your price?
The channel does not publish a commission tariff. Your rate is set in the contract conversation. Rate tables circulating on the internet are not based on the channel's official source; you can learn your category-based rate only from your own contract. The price rule has to be set after commission is clear.
The channel price and your store price do not have to match, and on most brands they do not. Commission, any shipping share, and return cost set the gap; instead of writing that on every product you set it as a rule and change the rule by product group. An open price-parity requirement published by the channel could also not be confirmed.
The channel's campaign logic appears on the consumer site as coupons, an app discount, and an installment promise. How a marketplace seller is included in those campaigns is not published, so participation conditions have to be asked during the contract stage. The expected discount rate sets your margin.
The channel has no published commitment on how long stock and price updates take to land. That time depends on the working style of the tool you connected. On campaign days a slow-landing price makes you keep selling after you have closed the discount.
Which rules do you watch when sending products?
The channel does not publish its technical documentation publicly, so catalog rules cannot be read from a single place. The items below are headings that come out of the consumer site and that have to be asked during setup.
The original-product promise binds the catalog
The channel promises the consumer one-hundred-percent original products and ties that to Eren Holding distributorship. A counterfeit or grey-channel product breaks that promise; your catalog selection is part of the acceptance decision.
The barcode rule is not published, confirm it
Whether a product without a barcode is accepted is not in the official text. On most fashion marketplaces a barcode is required, so starting by giving every variant a unique barcode is the safest path, but we do not claim that as a rule.
The variant pattern is not published
The order color and size are carried in, and where a third option goes, are not published. Do not map your Shopify option names by guessing; take the pattern from your counterpart.
Not colliding with group brands
Names such as Lacoste and Nautica can appear both as Eren Perakende's own sale and as a separate seller on the channel. Your own brand name and stock code must not collide with those names.
Image and size standard should be requested
Image size, a size chart, and required product fields are not in a public document. Asking for that list before you prepare the catalog is cheaper than reshooting later.
Approval may still be separate even if the upload succeeds
On channels that curate, a technical send and going live are separate steps. Writing stock and price on a product still in review is wasted time; read the statuses regularly.
Why does the return code change by seller?
The only clear operations split the channel publishes is on the return side. The customer sees a free return; on your side the code and the carrier change by seller.
Two codes on a FashFed-sold product
The transaction guide asks for both the return code and the company code to be given to the carrier staff on FashFed-sold products. A return parcel that goes with a single code gets stuck at the branch.
On other sellers, the seller's shipping code
On Superstep, Occasion, Lacoste, Nautica, and United Brands sold products, the return runs with the code given to that seller's contracted carrier. Your agreement also falls into this group.
Cancellation is not open at every stage
If an invoice has been issued during preparation, or if the product is already with the carrier, it is not cancelled. The right of withdrawal stays, so the customer opens a return after the product reaches them. You have to set up integration cancellation and return as separate actions.
Contracts are kept for ten years
The channel writes that it keeps pre-information and distance-selling contracts for ten years. Your invoice and return paperwork are also expected to stay accessible for that period; set your arrangement against that.
The return is free; shipping is the seller's agreement
The return is described to the consumer as free. Who covers the cost and which shipping agreement is used sit in the seller contract; settle that during setup.
An in-store return on your product is unclear
The channel has physical stores. Whether a marketplace seller's product is taken back in store is not published. Ask this before you promise the customer an in-store return.
Who produces the return code, and how it is written onto the Shopify order, is part of the integration. If the code is not produced, the customer cannot leave the parcel at the branch and the support load comes back to you.
What should you ask during the contract stage on this channel
The channel does not publish seller documentation publicly. The nine headings below are what you need to confirm in writing before setup.
Which address the application runs through
The consumer contact form is not a seller application. Learn up front which team the partnership correspondence goes to; the wrong door costs weeks.
Your category-based commission rate
Because a tariff is not published, the rate is learned only from your contract. Do not set your price rule before this information is clear.
Where integration credentials come from
The panel name, the keys screen, and a test environment are not published. Take the access path in writing; otherwise setup goes back into waiting after approval.
Barcode and variant pattern
Which field is required, and how color and size are carried, is not clear. Ask for the pattern before you prepare the catalog.
Handling time and what a delay results in
How many days you have to hand the order to the carrier is not a published fact. Do not treat the consumer banner on the site as a seller commitment.
Whose return code and company code they are
Two codes are asked for on the FashFed-sold flow. Ask which codes will be produced on your product, and whether the integration writes them to Shopify.
Whether an in-store return exists on your product
A physical store network raises consumer expectation. Whether a marketplace seller's product is taken back in store is not published.
Campaign participation conditions
An app discount and an installment promise sit on the consumer site. How the seller is included in those campaigns is not published; the expected discount sets the margin.
Whether the tool you picked supports the channel live
There is no FashFed app in the Shopify App Store. Confirm before the contract that the tool you will use carries this channel live.
How is the stock and order flow set up?
The sync rule is the same as on other marketplaces: when a sale happens on one side, the other side's quantity also drops. What is not published on this channel is landing time and how a post-approval cancellation comes back.
Do not show the last few units on the channel
Because a landing time is not published, leaving the last units open on both sides produces overselling. A safety margin matters even more on this channel.
A cancellation has to restore stock
A cancellation approved on the channel side lands in the integration and stock is opened again. If that movement is not written to Shopify, the two quantities drift apart over time.
An invoiced order is not cancelled
The transaction guide writes that an order whose invoice has been issued, or that is already with the carrier, cannot be cancelled. Your integration should refuse a cancellation at that stage and turn it into a return.
A single-warehouse rule is the safest start
If you sell from more than one warehouse, decide up front which location's stock is sent to the channel. Sending total stock is the riskiest pattern.
Cash on delivery is not published
The consumer site talks about credit card and installments; whether cash on delivery is open to a marketplace seller is not there. Ask before you open that method.
The tracking number has to be written onto the order
If the number is not written, the customer notification does not start. Where the tracking number comes from, and who writes it to Shopify, is a question to ask when you pick the tool.
Overselling turns into a cancellation, and a cancellation hits your performance on the channel. On Boyner and Beymen catalog and return rules run separately, so writing the same stock rule to every fashion channel leaves one channel exposed. If you are adding FashFed next to the other channels, take a look at Station.
The most common mistakes in the Shopify FashFed integration
The nine headings below are the mistakes that show up most often in setup. On this channel some of the mistakes are not technical; they come from treating an unknown rule as if it were known.
Treating the consumer form as a seller application
The contact form on the site is for order and customer questions. Writing a seller application there produces a queue that never answers.
Treating the channel as only Eren Perakende stock
The agreement writes an intermediary-service-provider model, and the transaction guide lists more than one seller name. Do not delay the application on the assumption you cannot sell your own stock, but also do not assume everyone will be accepted.
Guessing commission and then setting the price
The channel does not publish a tariff; the rate becomes clear in the contract. A price rule built from tables on the internet eats the margin when commission comes out different.
Copying the variant pattern from another channel
Beymen asks for color and size from its own code list; Boyner uses a fixed attribute order. FashFed's pattern is not published, so pasting another channel's mapping breaks the catalog.
Assuming a single code for returns
On the FashFed-sold flow the return code and the company code are asked for together. A setup that produces a single code produces a parcel that cannot be scanned at the branch.
Promising the customer an in-store return
There is a physical store network; whether a marketplace seller's product is taken back in store is not published. A promise that cannot be kept turns into a complaint.
Treating the consumer delivery banner as a seller commitment
The one-to-three-business-day banner on the site is a consumer promise. Your handling time sits in the contract; writing that banner into your warehouse plan produces delays.
Trying to cancel an invoiced order
An order whose invoice has been issued, or that is already with the carrier, is not cancelled; it turns into a return. If the integration does not know that split, stock and order status break.
Looking for FashFed in the app store
The channel has no Shopify app of its own. A setup that hunts for a single-firm app loses days; the path runs through a tool that carries the credentials given after approval.
Three common problems and how we solve them
The three setup scenarios below show how we handle Shopify FashFed integration problems we have solved in stores we connected.
The application disappeared in the consumer form
ProblemThe brand filled the contact form on the site to become a seller and waited weeks for an answer. In the meantime it assumed the channel only sold its own brands and closed the application.
CauseThe form is for customer questions, not a seller application. The channel's marketplace model is also written in the user agreement: Eren Perakende is an intermediary in cases where it does not sell itself, and more than one seller name appears on the site.
SolutionThe partnership correspondence was directed to the right team, and the brand presentation and company documents were sent in the same pack. Integration credentials were asked for in writing after approval, so a second wait was not opened.
Return parcels were not scanned at the branch
ProblemThe first returns went to the carrier branch the way free returns were described to the customer, but staff would not accept the parcel. Customer service took the same complaint one after another.
CauseThe setup was producing a single return code. On the FashFed-sold flow both a return code and a company code are asked for; on other sellers the seller's shipping code is used. Which seller group you were in had not been settled up front.
SolutionThe seller type in the contract was confirmed, the integration was set up to produce the required codes together, and the return instruction was updated so the customer email writes both codes.
A price set before commission was clear eating the margin
ProblemSales came after the channel opened, and at month end profit sat below expectation. Revenue looked good; profit did not.
CauseThe price rule had been built against another fashion marketplace's commission. FashFed does not publish a tariff, so that rate was not this channel's rate; the gap came straight out of profit.
SolutionThe price rule was rebuilt against the category rates in the contract, and a shipping share plus return cost were added to the rule. Product groups whose margin did not hold were taken off the channel.
Station is the tool we built to run the product, stock, price, and order flow from a single panel. When you add Trendyol or Hepsiburada, each channel gets its own rules.
