How does shipping integration work?

Shopify shipping integrations fully automate all your post-order fulfillment processes. When an order is created, the system works in sync with the relevant carrier to generate shipping details automatically and adds the tracking number to the order. Customers are notified by email and SMS as the shipping status changes, ensuring transparent communication throughout the delivery process.

When your shipment is delivered, the order is archived automatically and the process is closed. It is compatible with sender-paid and cash-on-delivery shipping types; for cash-on-delivery shipments, the payment amount is deducted automatically from the order total. It works seamlessly with carriers used in Türkiye and globally, such as Yurtiçi, Aras, MNG, Sürat, DHL, UPS, ShipEntegra and ShippyPro. To activate the integration, all you need is to enter the API credentials of the relevant shipping provider.
