Comprehensive theme overhaul aligned with brand identity
Our priority for Nocturne was to build a fast, high-performance shopping experience for their international sites (UAE and US) that fully reflects the brand's identity and can withstand heavy campaign traffic. We stepped in as the brand's development partner for these markets.The existing design did not sufficiently align with the brand's visual language or customer expectations. For a fashion brand, the storefront must be a structure that showcases collection photography at its best, highlights the products, and simplifies the purchasing decision.We completely overhauled the homepage, collection and product pages, and the checkout flow. Seasonal campaign areas, new collection blocks, and featured product sections were redesigned to be in harmony with the brand's aesthetic. Since the majority of customers shop via mobile, we built the design with a mobile-first approach and created a flexible structure for special collections and collaboration pages that allows for rapid deployment during campaign periods.


A fashion experience ready for international growth
In fashion e-commerce, traffic spikes during high season and campaign periods make site speed a direct factor in sales. We overhauled Nocturne's international sites to ensure they remain fast and fluid even during these busy times. The speed improvements, which were particularly noticeable on mobile, encouraged visitors to stay on the site longer and make more purchases.Beyond the visual aspect, we also implemented enhancements to streamline the brand's daily operations. We strengthened the category and filter structure to make growing collections easier to explore and ensured that collections can be swapped out quickly during seasonal transitions. We also established the necessary infrastructure to manage sales across different countries and languages effectively.Product recommendation areas, complementary product blocks, and stock alerts were configured to increase average order value and repeat visits. Ultimately, Nocturne gained a digital experience that is suited to its omnichannel and international structure—one that both reflects the brand's aesthetic and is ready for growth.
