Shopify Boyner Integration
Boyner built its marketplace model inside its own online store and runs the channel less like an open marketplace and more like a store that curates: in its manager's own words, the aim is to keep brands that have passed the Boyner filter together. Setup starts with the application and closes with your first order. In between, integration credentials are taken from the seller panel, the return flow works differently for the channel's own sales and for a marketplace seller, and a few rules the channel does not publish have to be asked during the contract stage.
growing on Shopify with Nodus Works
Shopify Boyner integration what is it?
A Shopify Boyner integration is the connection that keeps your products, stock quantities, prices, and incoming orders aligned in both systems. Boyner does not publish its own Shopify app; the bridge is built by an integration tool that uses the credentials you take from the seller panel.
Setup starts once the application passes review and the contract is completed. You then take your seller number and keys from the integration credentials screen under My Account, under your store name in the seller panel, set up barcode plus color and size mapping, and define your price and stock rules. When barcode plus color and size mapping falls outside the standard flow, Nodus Works' Shopify integration and custom app development service takes over this setup.
Once the connection is live, day-to-day work runs from one place. Orders placed on the channel land in Shopify, stock drops on both sides when a product sells, and you manage prices through a rule instead of rewriting them product by product. The channel's own campaign calendar is tied to retail seasons, so you have to set your price rule against that.
What syncs between Shopify and Boyner
Once the connection is live, product data, stock, prices, orders, shipping, and returns sit in the same flow. The six headings below cover the questions that come up most often in a Shopify Boyner integration.
Boyner product transfer and approval
Your Shopify products are sent to the channel after barcode plus color and size mapping is in place. A successful send does not put the product live: the panel has a separate approval status next to the technical status, and the product has to wait for that approval.
Shopify Boyner inventory sync
When a sale happens on one channel, the other channel's quantity drops as well, so the two stores do not sell the last unit twice. The channel does not publish a landing time; that time changes with the working style of the tool you connected.
Shopify Boyner price sync
You manage your channel price with a rule separate from the Shopify price, because commission and a shipping share set the gap. The channel's campaign calendar is tied to retail seasons, so your discount decisions are planned together with that calendar.
Boyner order transfer
Orders placed on the channel are written into Shopify, so you work from the same list as the warehouse. Cancellations approved on the channel side also land in the integration and restore stock.
Shipping label and barcode
You can use your own shipping agreement. When an order lands, the channel's shipping campaign code and barcode come into the integration, so you print the label from the panel you are connected to.
Return flow and the seller split
The most important thing to know on the return side is that the channel's own sales and a marketplace seller offer the customer different return rights. A marketplace seller's product is returned within fourteen days and only by carrier.
What do you need to become a seller on Boyner?
On this channel the application is not a self-serve signup like Trendyol or Hepsiburada. The channel grows its brand count in a controlled way, and the acceptance decision is tied to a review.
The channel curates; there is no open signup
In its manager's own words, the aim is to present brands that all tell one lifestyle and have passed the Boyner filter. So not everyone can become a seller; your brand fitting the channel's positioning is part of the acceptance decision.
The application runs through a partnership address
The channel's corporate page has no online form to fill in for marketplace selling; there is only an email address for partnership. The application starts with that correspondence and moves forward with a review by the relevant teams.
A company and taxpayer status are required
You need to be a taxpayer and submit your company documents: a tax certificate, the trade registry gazette, a signature circular, and bank account and authorized-person details are among the documents requested.
Franchise and marketplace selling are separate jobs
The channel has a separate address for franchise applications, and the two processes are often mixed up. Marketplace selling is not taking a franchise in the store; sending your application to the right channel avoids wasted time.
The contract and technical setup come later
If the review is positive, the contract is signed and you move to the technical integration stage. Your commission rate also becomes clear at this stage, because the channel does not publish a tariff.
An approval time is not published
There is no official information on how many days the application takes to conclude, so you need to ask for the timeline while you apply. Having your brand presentation and product images ready at application time speeds the process.
How do you set up a Shopify Boyner integration?
The six steps below cover the full setup, from the application through the first test order. The channel does not publish its technical documentation publicly, so part of the steps becomes clear in the panel and during the contract process.
Submit your application and finish the review
The application is submitted through the channel's partnership address and moves forward with a review by the relevant teams. Having your brand presentation, product group, and company documents ready shortens this stage.
Sign the contract and take panel access
If the review is positive, the contract is signed, your commission rate becomes clear, and seller-panel access is opened with an email and password. The channel has no seller support line, so clarify at this stage which person communication will run through.
Collect your integration credentials from the panel
In the panel you click your store name at the top right and go to the integration credentials screen under My Account. Your seller number and keys sit on that screen; you do not need to open a support request.
Set up barcode, color, and size mapping
Products without a barcode are not accepted, so every variant must have a unique barcode. The channel builds the variant on a fixed pattern: first attribute color, second attribute size. Map your Shopify option names to that pattern.
Define the price, stock, and shipping-time rule
Set a channel price that includes commission and any shipping share, and decide which warehouse's stock will be sent. Also enter a delivery time on the product card that you can actually keep, because that time sets the customer expectation.
Confirm the flow with a test order
Place an order with a single product and check that it lands in Shopify, that stock drops, that the shipping barcode arrives, and that the label prints. Then cancel the same order and also check that stock is restored.
The table below shows which Boyner fields your Shopify fields map to.
| What you have in Shopify | What it maps to on Boyner |
|---|---|
| Title | Product name |
| Barcode | Required field, the key of the match |
| SKU | Stock code, must match exactly in the panel mapping |
| Option 1 | First attribute, color |
| Option 2 | Second attribute, size |
| Price | Channel sale price |
| Inventory | Sellable quantity |
| Shipping | The channel's campaign code and barcode |
| No Shopify field | Approval status, shipping delivery time, the channel's own campaign calendar |
Where a third option goes is not a published fact on this channel. If you use a third option in Shopify besides color and size, you have to confirm how it is carried before setup, from the panel and from your counterpart in the contract process.
Tell us about your catalog and current setup, and we will work out how the Shopify Boyner integration should be built for your product structure. You do not need to fill in a form, reach us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp.
How does Boyner commission affect your price?
The channel does not publish a commission tariff. Your rate is set in the contract conversation. Rate tables circulating on the internet are not based on the channel's official source; you can learn your category-based rate only from your own contract. Accounting for this unknown when you plan setup means setting the price rule after commission is clear.
The channel price and your store price do not have to match, and on most brands they do not. Commission, any shipping share, and return cost set the gap; instead of writing that on every product you set it as a rule and change the rule by product group. An open price-parity requirement published by the channel could also not be confirmed, so we have not seen a published rule that stops you from running a lower price in your store.
The channel's campaign logic rests more on a retail calendar than on price competition: campaigns built around season periods and the group's loyalty program come to the front. How a marketplace seller is included in those campaigns is not published, so participation conditions have to be asked during the contract stage. That information affects your discount plan directly, because the expected discount rate during campaign periods sets your margin.
The channel also has no published commitment on how long stock and price updates take to land. That time depends on the working style of the tool you connected, and providers quote very different times. On campaign days that gap matters: a slow-landing price makes you keep selling after you have closed the discount.
Which rules do you watch when sending products?
The channel does not publish its technical documentation publicly, so catalog rules cannot be read from a single place the way they can on Trendyol or Hepsiburada. The items below are rules that show up in setup and that appear in the same form across more than one source.
A product without a barcode is not accepted
Barcode is a required field and a product sent without one is rejected. Every color and size combination needs its own barcode; using the same barcode on more than one variant mixes up stock.
The variant pattern is fixed
The channel builds the variant on a fixed pattern: first attribute color, second attribute size. If your Shopify option order is different, it has to be mapped on transfer; how a third option is carried is not a published fact.
Stock code and barcode have to match exactly
For products already recorded in the panel to be bound, stock code and barcode have to be exactly the same on both sides. Even a small spelling difference blocks the match and the product opens as a duplicate.
Technical status and approval status are separate
The product carries two pieces of information in the panel: whether the send succeeded technically, and the approval status. A successful upload does not mean the product went live; the product also has to be accepted.
Delivery time has to fit the store limit
The shipping delivery time on the product card has to be entered inside the bounds the channel expects, and it has to be a time you can actually keep. Writing a short time on paper turns into a customer complaint when it is not kept.
The content standard comes with the contract
Content rules such as image size, a size chart, and fabric content are not in a document the channel publishes. Those rules have to be confirmed from your contract and panel guide; lists on the internet are not the channel's official rule.
Why does stock collide, and how do you prevent overselling?
If you sell from the same warehouse to two stores, the last unit selling on both sides is always a possibility. On this channel a landing time is not published, so leaving a safety margin matters even more.
Two channels sell from the same stock
If Shopify and Boyner sell from the same warehouse, the last unit can sell on both sides. In that case one of the orders turns into a cancellation, and the cancellation hits your performance on the channel.
Landing time is not the channel's commitment
The channel does not publish how long a stock and price update takes to land; that time depends on the working style of the tool you connected. The times providers quote are very different from each other, so measuring it in your own setup is the soundest approach.
Not showing the last few units on the channel
Not showing the last few units on the channel at all reduces your sellable stock, but it also lowers cancellation risk. On a channel whose landing time is unknown, that margin is the most practical protection.
Writing stock on a product that is not approved
A product whose approval status is pending does not appear in the store, so stock written on it does nothing. Checking approval statuses in the panel regularly is how you see which product is actually on sale.
Cancellations and returns restore stock
A cancellation or return approved on the channel side lands in the integration and stock is opened again. That movement also has to be written to Shopify, or the two quantities drift apart over time.
A single-warehouse rule is the safest start
If you sell from more than one warehouse, decide up front which location's stock is sent to the channel. Sending total stock is the riskiest pattern, because the gap between warehouses comes back as a cancellation.
Overselling turns into a cancellation, and a cancellation hits your performance on the channel. On Trendyol and Hepsiburada barcode, variant, and commission rules run separately, so writing the same stock rule to every marketplace leaves one channel exposed. If you are adding Boyner next to the other channels, take a look at Station to manage products, stock, prices, and orders from one panel.
What happens after an order arrives?
The order is placed on the channel and the integration writes it into Shopify. From there the work is packing, shipping, invoicing, and returns; on the return side this channel has a split that is specific to it and that sets the customer experience directly.
The shipping label is printed on your own agreement
You can use your own shipping agreement. When an order lands, the channel's shipping campaign code and barcode come into the integration and you print the label from the panel you are connected to.
The invoice goes inside the parcel
In its customer-facing rules the channel writes that products are sent with their invoice. An internet-sale invoice also has its own required fields, so you have to set your invoice arrangement against that.
Return rights differ by seller
The channel returns a product from its own sales with no time limit and allows return and exchange from the store. A marketplace seller's product is returned within fourteen days and only by carrier; the channel writes this on its own customer page.
An in-store return does not apply to your product
On products that belong to a different seller, in-store return and exchange are not done. That can clash with customer expectation, so you have to talk about it knowingly in your product descriptions and customer communication.
A returned product has to be resellable
The channel wants a returned product to be complete, in resellable condition, and carefully packed. Packaging quality becomes a line that affects your return-acceptance rate directly.
The fast-delivery channel has separate rules
On the channel's same-day delivery service the return period is defined as thirty days, and products outside the right of withdrawal are also published separately. If you put products on that service, you have to review your operations rules separately.
The most common mistakes in the Shopify Boyner integration
The nine headings below are the mistakes that show up most often in setup. On this channel some of the mistakes are not technical; they come from treating an unknown rule as if it were known.
Treating the channel as an open marketplace
The channel grows its brand count in a controlled way, and the acceptance decision is tied to a review. A calendar built on the expectation of opening an account and starting to sell immediately does not hold.
Mixing up a franchise application with a seller application
The channel has a separate address for franchise, and the two processes get mixed together. An application sent to the wrong channel costs weeks.
Sending a product without a barcode or with a repeated barcode
A product without a barcode is rejected, and using the same barcode on two variants mixes up stock. Every color and size combination needs its own barcode.
Not mapping the option order
The channel builds the variant as first attribute color, second attribute size. If the Shopify order is different, sizes are listed as colors and the catalog becomes unreadable.
Leaving the stock code different on the two sides
Binding products already recorded in the panel requires the stock code and barcode to match exactly. A small spelling difference opens a duplicate product.
Treating a successful upload as the product being live
Technical status and approval status are separate pieces of information. Writing stock and price on a product still in review is wasted time; approval statuses in the panel have to be read regularly.
Guessing commission and then setting the price
The channel does not publish a tariff; the rate becomes clear in the contract. A price rule built from tables on the internet eats the margin when commission comes out different.
Treating landing time as the channel's commitment
How long stock and price take to land is the behavior of the tool you connected. If that time is not measured on a campaign day, sales keep coming after the discount is closed.
Explaining the return difference wrongly to the customer
A product from the channel's own sales can be returned with no time limit and from the store; your product is fourteen days and carrier only. A promise given without knowing that difference turns into a complaint.
What should you ask during the contract stage on this channel?
The channel does not publish seller documentation publicly, so some information cannot be learned from the internet. The six headings below are the topics you need to confirm in writing from your counterpart before setup.
Your category-based commission rate
Because a tariff is not published, the rate is learned only from your contract. Do not set your price rule before this information is clear, because your entire channel price depends on that rate.
Handling time and what happens on a delay
How many days you have to hand the order to the carrier, and what a delay results in, is not a published fact. You have to plan warehouse capacity against that time.
How the invoice is uploaded and how long it is kept
How the invoice is sent to the panel and how long it has to stay accessible is not published. On other channels that period is measured in years, so getting a written answer matters.
Content and image standard
Image size, a size chart, and required product fields are not in a public document from the channel. Asking for that list before you prepare the catalog is much cheaper than reshooting later.
Campaign participation conditions
The channel's campaign calendar is tied to retail seasons, and a marketplace seller's participation conditions are not published. The expected discount rate sets your margin, so you need to know this up front.
That the tool you will connect actually supports the channel
Provider support is not equal on this channel; on some panels the channel is marked as coming soon. Confirm before the contract that the tool you will use supports the channel live.
Three common problems and how we solve them
The three setup scenarios below show how we handle Shopify Boyner integration problems we have solved in stores we connected.
Sizes being listed as colors
ProblemThe catalog was sent to the channel and the products looked recorded, but the customer could not pick a size on the product page. Options were mixed, records of the same model had come apart, and sales never started.
CauseThe channel builds the variant on a fixed pattern: first attribute color, second attribute size. The store's option order was different, so the transfer had written size into the first attribute and the pattern had broken.
SolutionOption mapping was rebuilt against the channel's pattern, every color and size combination was given a unique barcode, and duplicate records were closed. The same checklist was prepared separately for the other marketplaces, because each channel builds the variant differently.
A price set before commission was clear eating the margin
ProblemSales came in fast after the channel opened, but at month end profit sat clearly below expectation. Revenue tables looked good; the profit table did not.
CauseThe price rule had been built from commission tables on the internet. The channel does not publish a tariff, so those tables were only a guess; the real rate in the contract was higher than assumed in some categories, and the gap came straight out of profit.
SolutionThe price rule was rebuilt against the category rates in the contract, and a shipping share plus return cost were added to the rule. Product groups whose margin stayed low were taken off the channel, and the price rule was split by product group.
A return promise that did not hold with the customer
ProblemThe customer-service team closed several orders by saying an in-store return was possible. When customers went to the store the return was not taken, and the complaints hit the channel's review score.
CauseThe channel returns a product from its own sales with no time limit and from the store, and a marketplace seller's product only by carrier and within fourteen days. The team did not know that split and had applied the channel's own rule to their own products.
SolutionCustomer-communication copy was rewritten against the channel's seller-based return rule, and the return flow was defined as carrier only. On the packing side the packaging standard was also updated so a returned product would come back resellable.
Station is the tool we built to run the product, stock, price, and order flow from a single panel. When you add Trendyol or Hepsiburada, each channel gets its own rules.
