Shopify Beymen Integration

Beymen defines itself as a digital luxury platform, and that sets how the channel works: after your brand is approved, every product also goes into curation. Meeting the rules is not enough to put a product in the store. Setup starts with the seller application and closes with your first order. In between, brand plus color and size values cannot be transferred as-is, the two separate price fields are filled one by one, and a price written wrong takes the product off sale automatically.

Shopify Beymen integration what is it?

A Shopify Beymen integration is the connection that keeps your products, stock quantities, prices, and incoming orders aligned in both systems. Beymen does not publish its own Shopify app, but it does offer sellers an open connection interface; the bridge is built by an integration tool that uses that interface.

Setup starts once your seller application passes review. After approval you take your integration credentials from the account information section of the partner portal, build the brand plus color and size mapping table, and define your price and stock rules. The channel has a real test environment, so you can try the flow before going live. When the color and size mapping table goes beyond the standard template, Nodus Works' Shopify integration and custom app development service builds that mapping as a custom setup.

Once the connection is live, day-to-day work runs from one place. Orders placed on Beymen land in Shopify, stock drops on both sides when a product sells, and you manage prices through a rule instead of rewriting them product by product. You have to account for products going through curation and for the channel returning the changes it wants in writing.

WHAT SYNCS

What syncs between Shopify and Beymen

Once the connection is live, product data, stock, prices, orders, shipping, and invoices sit in the same flow. The six headings below cover the questions that come up most often in a Shopify Beymen integration.

Beymen product transfer and curation

Your Shopify products are sent to the channel after the mapping table is in place. A sent product does not go live directly: it first has to pass the channel's approval, then the curation process. Finishing the transfer does not mean the product is visible in the store.

Shopify Beymen inventory sync

When a sale happens on one channel, the other channel's quantity drops as well, so the two stores do not sell the last unit twice. A stock update is sent per product and the request is processed after it is taken into a queue.

Shopify Beymen price sync

The channel has two separate price fields: the product's undiscounted price and the sale price the customer sees. The discount is built from the gap between those two fields, so you manage a campaign with the price fields instead of a separate discount mechanism.

Beymen order transfer

Orders placed on the channel are written into Shopify, so you work from the same list as the warehouse. Order statuses are a closed and lean list, so operations tracking is easier to set up than on the large marketplaces.

Shipping and splitting a parcel

The channel publishes the list of contracted carriers, and its own express delivery network is on that list. Splitting an order into more than one parcel and moving the shipping status by hand are also among the things a seller can do.

Invoice and return flow

You issue the invoice in your own system and upload it to the panel with its number and link; a wrong invoice can be deleted and uploaded again. On the return side there are three paths: approve, refuse, and dispute, and dispute reasons are picked from the channel's own list.

CURATION

How does a product appear in the store on Beymen?

This is the section where the channel diverges most sharply from Trendyol and Hepsiburada. There a product goes through quality control and is published when it meets the rules; here the product is also selected.

Brand approval and product approval are separate steps

When your seller application is accepted, the whole catalog has not gone live. Every product you send enters its own approval process and has to pass the channel's curation step; meeting the rules is not enough for the product to appear in the store.

A product that is not selected waits in a separate status

There is a separate curation status for the product, and a separate status that shows it was not selected. That means a product sent without a technical error may still not appear in the store; the reason is not an error, it is the channel's preference.

A revision request comes back in writing

The channel returns the change it wants on that product as a revision text. The rejection reason is not guessed, it is read. Having that field visible on the integration side is the most practical way to fix the catalog quickly.

Image review is a separate stage

Besides product-data review there is also an image-review stage, and the product does not appear in the store while it waits there. A separate gate for image quality is expected on a channel that positions itself in luxury.

The gender field is required

Because the catalog is built around fashion, gender is a required field on the product record. On the Shopify side that information usually sits as a collection or a tag; which source it is read from is defined during setup.

English product entry is a separate step

The channel takes the English of the product data on a separate path, so there is a bilingual-catalog expectation. A store that works only with Turkish content has to decide before setup who will produce that content.

The shared result of these six points: opening a catalog on Beymen is not an upload job, it is an application job. Sending the catalog in groups instead of all at once is the fastest way to see which product group passed curation and to raise content quality against that feedback.

SETUP

How do you set up a Shopify Beymen integration?

The six steps below cover the full setup, from the seller application through the first test order. Most of the work happens in the partner portal, so you need an account with access to the panel.

01

Submit your seller application

The application is submitted with the form on beymen.com or with the detailed form on partner.beymen.com. Tax ID number and company type are required fields; links to the other platforms you sell on are also asked for.

02

Finish the review process

The application is not a signup; it is an entry into review. The channel also sees how your brand is positioned on other channels when it decides, so having product images and your brand presentation ready at this stage makes the work easier.

03

Collect your integration credentials

In the partner portal you click your store name at the top right and go to the integration credentials heading under My Account Information. Separate identities for live and test sit on the same screen, so you can try the flow before going live.

04

Build the brand, color, and size mapping table

Brand, color, and size values come from the channel's own code list, so Shopify values cannot be sent as-is. Each value's channel counterpart is defined once; you can keep carrying your own color name in a separate field.

05

Define the price, stock, and tax rule

Decide which rule you will use to send the undiscounted price and the sale price, and make sure the tax rate is one of the values the channel accepts. A wrong price push takes the product off sale, so the rule has to be set carefully.

06

Try it in the test environment and then go live

First send a product with the test identities and confirm the stock, price, and order flow, then go live and place an order with a single product. Seeing that the order lands in Shopify, that stock drops, and that invoice upload works is the last step.

The table below shows which Beymen fields your Shopify fields map to, using the names you see in the panel.

What you have in Shopify What it maps to on Beymen
Title Product name
Barcode Barcode, the key of the product record
Product group Model code, merges variants under a single product
Brand Picked from the channel's brand code list
Color Platform color, picked from the code list
Size Picked from the channel's size code list
Price Undiscounted sale price and sale price
Inventory Sellable quantity
Image Product images and at most one video
No Shopify field Gender, tax rate, category-specific required attributes, your own color name

The last row is the part of setup that is missed most often. Gender and tax rate are details the channel asks for that Shopify does not carry; category-specific required attributes also change from category to category. Those field values are defined once on the integration side.

Where are you in the setup?

Tell us about your catalog and current setup, and we will work out how the Shopify Beymen integration should be built for your product structure. You do not need to fill in a form, reach us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp.

SELLER ACCOUNT

What do you need to become a Beymen seller?

The channel offers two official application surfaces, and on both of them tax ID number and company type are required fields; there is no path for an individual seller. The application is not a signup; it is an entry into review.

Company and tax details

Seller title, company type, and tax ID number are among the required fields on the application form. That means a store cannot be opened as an individual or as a hobby seller.

Your brand and product presentation

The application asks for the brands you will sell, the product group, and your company site. Because the channel positions itself in luxury, how the brand is presented becomes part of the review.

Your presence on other channels

Links to the platforms you sell on are also a required field. The channel therefore sees your brand's price and positioning on other channels at application time; reviewing your price consistency against that is a sensible step.

The channel does not publish how long the application takes to conclude, so you need to ask for the timeline while you apply. Whether a brand-registration certificate is required also does not appear in the official text; if you have a registered brand, adding it to the application only works in your favor. When you plan the setup calendar, account for the stages below running separately from each other.

Stage How long it takes Note
Application review The channel does not publish an official time Brand and product presentation are part of the review
Contract and portal access After approval Your commission rate becomes clear at this stage
Collecting integration credentials Same day Live and test identities on the same screen, self-serve
Building the mapping table Depends on catalog size Brand, color, and size are mapped from the code list
Products appearing in the store Depends on the curation process Every product also goes through curation; meeting the rules is not enough
PRICE AND COMMISSION

How do Beymen commission and price fields work?

The channel does not publish a public commission tariff. Your rate becomes clear at the contract stage and comes back on the product record as a read-only piece of information; you cannot write the commission, you read it from the channel. Using tables circulating on the internet as a source is not sound; even the sources that publish those tables call them approximate.

On the price side there are two separate fields: the product's undiscounted sale price and the sale price the customer sees. The discount is not built with a separate campaign mechanism; it is built from the gap between those two fields. Which Shopify price and compare-at price go to which field is decided during setup; when that mapping is wrong the product looks either permanently discounted or never discounted.

The channel's hardest rule is also here: a critical price change takes the product off sale automatically. A wrong rate, a faulty bulk discount, or a price left empty takes the product out of the store, and opening it again requires a new action. That is why the price rule has to be set carefully, and a bulk price update has to be done in groups.

There is also a constraint on the tax side: the channel only accepts certain tax rates, and outdated rates are not accepted. Setting a channel price that includes commission and any shipping share, instead of sending the Shopify price as-is, is the basic rule on this channel as well; once the rule is defined you do not have to write a price on every product.

CATALOG

Where do Beymen catalog rules diverge from Trendyol?

If you arrive with habits built on Trendyol or Hepsiburada, the first surprise is that brand plus color and size values are not free text. Most of the fields that identify a product come from the channel's own list.

Brand, color, and size come from a code list

A Shopify brand name or color name cannot be sent as-is; all three are picked from the channel's own code list. That is why the real work of setup is building a mapping table, and a product cannot be sent at all when the table is incomplete.

The barcode is the key of the product record

Every product record is identified by barcode and the match is built on that field. Changing the barcode breaks the record's link, so that field is not touched after upload.

The model code holds variants together

Each barcode is a separate product record; the model code holds variants of the same model together. There is no attribute split that opens a separate card the way Trendyol does, so the structure is leaner but consistency of the model code matters that much more.

Your own color name is carried in a separate field

Even though you have to pick from the channel's color list, you can send your own color name in a separate field. The customer then sees your brand's language, and the channel can still run its own filters.

There are category-specific required attributes

Required fields change from category to category; a product sent without trouble in one category can throw a missing-field error in another. Opening the catalog category by category therefore moves faster.

Image and video counts are limited

Besides product images, at most one video can be sent, and there are also separate image fields for the product-safety side. Because the channel runs image review as a separate stage, image quality affects time-to-live directly.

STOCK

Why does stock collide, and how do you prevent overselling?

Stock and price updates are sent per product and the request is processed after it is taken into a queue. A message that the request was received does not mean the product was updated, so setups that never follow the result end up with overselling.

The update does not land instantly

The new quantity you send joins a queue and is processed when its turn comes. There is no bulk-queue structure of thousands of rows the way there is on the large marketplaces, so how the update order is built matters on a wide catalog.

Two channels sell from the same stock

If Shopify and Beymen sell from the same warehouse, the last unit can sell on both sides. In that case one of the orders turns into a cancellation, and the cancellation hits your store performance.

Writing stock on a product that has not passed curation

A product that has not finished approval and curation does not appear in the store, so stock written on it does nothing. Building a list that reads product statuses regularly is the only way to see which product is actually on sale.

A product with a missing price does not go on sale

The channel has a separate status for a record whose price was left empty; writing stock is not enough, the price fields also have to be filled. That a critical price change takes the product off sale has to be remembered in the same place.

Cancellations and returns restore stock

A cancelled or returned product goes back into sellable stock. If that movement is not written to Shopify, the two quantities drift apart over time and the only way to fix it is a count.

Hiding the last few units from the store

Not showing the last few units on the channel at all reduces your sellable stock, but it also lowers cancellation risk. On a channel that positions itself in luxury, the cost of a cancellation and a delay is usually higher.

Overselling turns into a cancellation, and a cancellation hits the customer experience. On Trendyol and Hepsiburada barcode, variant, and commission rules run separately, so writing the same stock rule to every marketplace leaves one channel exposed. If you are adding Beymen next to the other channels, take a look at Station to manage products, stock, prices, and orders from one panel.

OPERATIONS

What happens after an order arrives?

The order is placed on the channel and the integration writes it into Shopify. From there the work is packing, shipping, invoicing, and returns; because the channel's order statuses are lean, the flow is easier to follow than on the large marketplaces.

Order statuses are a lean and closed list

New order, ready to ship, shipped, and delivered are the main statuses; cancellation and a split parcel are added to that. Against the many-step status chains of the large marketplaces, this structure makes operations mapping easier.

An unpaid order is not shipped

The channel has separate filters for orders waiting for payment and orders in a control stage. Those orders should not be marked paid on the Shopify side; a cancellation leaves you with a record that has no counterpart.

Splitting a parcel and alternative delivery are possible

You can split an order into more than one parcel, move the shipping status by hand, and use the alternative-delivery flow. That flexibility makes the work easier on orders prepared in pieces at the warehouse.

The contracted-carrier list is published

The channel publishes the list of carriers it works with, and its own express delivery network is on that list. Which firm is used on which shipment, and where the label is printed, is settled during setup.

The invoice link has to stay accessible for ten years

You issue the invoice in your own system and upload it to the panel with its number and link; a wrong invoice can be deleted and uploaded again. The channel writes keeping the invoice link accessible for ten years as a legal requirement, so you must not change that link address during that period.

The return window is twice the legal period

The customer's right of withdrawal is defined as thirty days, twice the legal period. On the return side there are approve, refuse, and dispute paths; dispute reasons are picked from the channel's own list, and the list is written for a luxury channel and also includes items such as a counterfeit product.

A practical detail on the return side: when delivery information does not come from the carrier, you can mark the return request as received yourself and move the flow forward. The thirty-day window makes pending return requests easy to pile up, so the return screen has to sit on the daily follow-up list.

COMMON MISTAKES

The most common mistakes in the Shopify Beymen integration

The nine headings below are the mistakes that show up most often in setup. The outcomes look alike as well: the product does not appear in the store, it drops off sale, or the margin comes out lower than expected.

Treating brand approval as product approval

When your seller application is accepted, the catalog has not gone live; every product also goes through curation. Meeting the rules is not enough for the product to appear in the store.

Sending brand, color, and size values as-is

All three come from the channel's code list. A send done before the mapping table is built never starts; that table is the real work of setup.

Doing a bulk price update in a single pass

A critical price change takes the product off sale automatically. A wrong rate or a faulty discount can take the whole catalog out of the store.

Mixing up the two price fields

When the undiscounted price and the sale price are mapped wrongly, the product looks either permanently discounted or never discounted. Which Shopify field goes to which channel field has to be written down.

Sending an outdated tax rate

The channel only accepts certain tax rates. A product sent with an old rate is not accepted, and the error can hold up the whole catalog.

Leaving gender and category-specific fields empty

Gender is a required field, and category-specific required attributes also change from category to category. A send that works in one category can throw a missing-field error in another.

Putting image quality second

Image review runs as a separate stage, and the product does not appear in the store during that stage. On a channel that positions itself in luxury, the image sets time-to-live directly.

Moving or closing the invoice link

The channel writes keeping the invoice link accessible for ten years as a legal requirement. Every arrangement that changes the link address also affects past orders.

Not following the return screen daily

Because the withdrawal window is twice the legal period, pending return requests pile up easily. Delaying on cases that will become a dispute works against the seller.

SCENARIO

Three common problems and how we solve them

The three setup scenarios below show how we handle Shopify Beymen integration problems we have solved in stores we connected.

Error-free products not appearing in the store

ProblemThe catalog was sent to the channel, no error showed in the panel, and the products sat recorded. Yet some of the products never appeared in the store for weeks; the team thought the problem was a technical transfer error.

CauseThe products were waiting in curation and some of them had been marked as not selected. Because approval and curation are separate steps on the channel, a technically error-free product can still not appear in the store; the reason was the channel's preference, not an error.

SolutionProduct statuses were bound to a regularly read list, and the revision texts the channel returned were added to that list. Image and content quality were raised against that feedback, and the catalog was sent category by category so which group passed curation became visible.

A bulk discount taking the catalog off sale

ProblemA bulk discount was applied in the store for an end-of-season campaign and the prices were transferred to the channel. The next day sales on the channel stopped entirely; the products were still in the panel but none of them was open for sale.

CauseThe channel answers a critical price change by taking the product off sale automatically. The transfer had updated the whole catalog in a single pass and with a single rule, so the change sat above the critical threshold and the products closed as a group.

SolutionThe price rule was rebuilt: the undiscounted price and the sale price were mapped to be managed from separate fields, and bulk updates were split into groups and made stepwise. A test-environment trial before a campaign was also made part of the routine.

Size options being listed as separate products

ProblemThe products went live, but sizes of the same model sat on their own pages. Customers could not pick a size, so pages left with a single size did not sell and the catalog grew unnecessarily.

CauseOn the channel each barcode is a separate product record, and the model code holds variants of the same model together. During the send the model code was not assigned consistently, so the records had not merged; a file prepared for another marketplace had been used as-is.

SolutionThe model code was corrected so it was the same on every variant, color and size were remapped from the channel's code list, and our own color names were moved to a separate field. Duplicate records were closed, and a separate checklist was built for each marketplace.

STATION
Shopify Beymen integration

Station is the tool we built to run the product, stock, price, and order flow from a single panel. When you add Trendyol or Hepsiburada, each channel gets its own rules.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you set up a Shopify Beymen integration?
Setup starts once your seller application passes review and the contract is completed. From your store name at the top right of the partner portal you then go to the integration credentials heading under My Account Information and take your identity details; separate identities for live and test sit on the same screen. The next steps are building the brand plus color and size mapping table, defining the price and stock rule, and placing an order with a single product live after trying it in the test environment.
Is there a ready-made Shopify app for Beymen?
Beymen does not have a Shopify app it publishes itself. The channel does offer sellers an open connection interface and a detailed document, and the bridge is built by an integration tool that uses that interface. The scope of those tools is not one-size-fits-all, so before setup you have to check what they cover on the product, stock, order, and invoice side.
Where do you get Beymen integration credentials?
After you enter the partner portal you click your store name at the top right and go to the integration credentials heading under My Account Information. Your identity details sit on that screen and you do not need to open a support request, so the model is self-serve. Separate identities for the test environment also sit on the same screen, so you can try the flow before going live.
Is a company required to sell on Beymen?
It is. Seller title, company type, and tax ID number are required fields on the application form; a store cannot be opened as an individual or as a hobby seller. The application also asks for the brands you will sell, the product group, your company site, and links to the other platforms you sell on.
How do you apply to become a Beymen seller?
There are two official application surfaces: the short form on beymen.com and the detailed form on the partner portal. The second also asks for fields such as tax ID number, company type, and store name. The application is not a signup; it is an entry into review, so filling the form does not mean opening a store.
How many days does the application take to conclude?
The channel does not publish an official time, so you need to ask for the approval timeline while you apply. Product quality and brand presentation play a role in the review, so having your images and brand story ready makes the process easier. The contract and portal access run as a separate stage after approval.
Is brand registration required to sell on Beymen?
A registration requirement does not appear in the channel's official texts, so we do not write it as a rule. Third-party sources say a registration certificate is requested, but that could not be confirmed. If you have a registered brand, adding it to the application only works in your favor; the exact list becomes clear during the application process.
Why is my product not appearing in the store?
This is the question asked most often on this channel, and the answer is usually the process, not an error. After the product is sent it first has to pass the channel's approval, then the curation process; there is also an image-review stage. A product that looks error-free in the panel may not appear in the store because it is waiting in curation or was not selected.
What is the curation process, and how does it differ from quality control?
On Trendyol and Hepsiburada a product goes through quality control and is published when it meets the rules. On Beymen there is an extra step: the product also goes into curation, and if the channel does not select it the product does not appear in the store. Meeting the rules is not enough; opening a catalog is not an upload job, it is an application job.
Why was my product rejected?
The channel returns the change it wants on that product as a revision text, so the reason is not guessed, it is read. Closure reasons also come back as separate statuses: in curation, in image review, in product review, price missing, seller action required, and similar. Having those fields visible on the integration side is the most practical way to fix the catalog quickly.
Are Shopify brand and color names sent as-is?
They are not. Brand, color, and size values come from the channel's own code list, so you have to define each value's channel counterpart once. You can still carry your own color name in a separate field; the customer then sees your brand's language, and the channel can still run its own filters.
How do variant products go to Beymen?
Each barcode goes as a separate product record, and the model code holds variants of the same model together. When the model code is not assigned consistently, sizes are listed as separate products and the customer cannot pick a size. The attribute split that opens a separate card on Trendyol does not exist on this channel; the structure is leaner.
Which fields are required?
Product name, barcode, model code, description, brand, category, color, size, gender, stock, price, tax rate, and images are the main required fields. Category-specific required attributes are added on top of those, so a product sent without trouble in one category can throw a missing-field error in another. Opening the catalog category by category therefore moves faster.
What are Beymen commission rates?
The channel does not publish a public commission tariff. Your rate becomes clear at the contract stage and comes back on the product record as a read-only piece of information; you cannot write it, you read it from the channel. Even the sources that publish tables circulating on the internet call them approximate.
How do the two price fields work?
The product's undiscounted sale price and the sale price the customer sees are kept in separate fields, and the discount is built from the gap between those two fields. Which Shopify field goes to which channel field is decided during setup; when the mapping is wrong the product looks either permanently discounted or never discounted.
Why did the product drop off sale when I changed the price?
This is the channel's hardest rule: a critical price change takes the product off sale automatically. A wrong rate, a faulty bulk discount, or a price left empty takes the product out of the store, and opening it again requires a new action. That is why bulk price updates have to be done in groups.
Is there a constraint on the tax rate?
There is. The channel only accepts certain tax rates, and outdated rates are not accepted. If your catalog has products recorded with an old rate, those have to be corrected before the send; otherwise the error can hold up the whole catalog.
How does Shopify Beymen inventory sync work?
When a sale happens on one channel, the integration also drops the other channel's quantity. Stock and price updates are sent per product and the request is processed after it is taken into a queue; a message that the request was received does not mean the product was updated. There is no bulk-queue structure of thousands of rows the way there is on the large marketplaces, so how the update order is built matters on a wide catalog.
How are Beymen orders transferred to Shopify?
The order is placed on the channel and the integration writes it into Shopify as an order record. Order statuses are a lean and closed list, so operations mapping is easier to set up than on the large marketplaces. Orders whose payment is not confirmed and orders in a control stage should not be marked paid in Shopify.
Can I split an order into more than one parcel?
You can. The channel supports parcel split, multi-parcel split, and alternative-delivery flows; moving the shipping status by hand is also possible. That flexibility makes the work easier on orders prepared in pieces at the warehouse, but a counterpart also has to be set up on the Shopify side.
Which carriers are used?
The channel publishes the list of contracted carriers, and its own express delivery network is on that list. Which firm is used on which shipment, and which panel the label is printed from, is settled during setup. On the return side a flow is defined through the carrier the channel specifies.
Does the integration issue the invoice?
You issue the invoice; the invoice number and link are uploaded to the panel, and a wrong invoice can be deleted and uploaded again. The important detail is that the channel writes keeping the invoice link accessible for ten years as a legal requirement: you must not change that link address during that period.
How long is the return period on Beymen?
The customer's right of withdrawal is defined as thirty days, twice the legal period. Products outside the right of withdrawal, such as made-to-order items and hygiene-related lines, are also published separately. The long window makes pending requests easy to pile up, so the return screen has to sit on the daily follow-up list.
Can I dispute a return request?
You can. On the return side there are three paths: approve, refuse, and dispute, and dispute reasons are picked from the channel's own list; the list is written for a luxury channel and includes items such as the incoming product not belonging to you, being used, or being counterfeit. When delivery information does not come from the carrier, you can also mark the request as received yourself and move the flow forward.
Can I also connect to Trendyol and Hepsiburada at the same time?
You can, but each marketplace has its own catalog rules and commission rate. Beymen asks for brand, color, and size values from its own code list while Trendyol builds the variant with an attribute, and Hepsiburada requires a specific barcode format. When the same stock is opened to more than one store, stock and price rules have to be set separately for each channel.
