A customer experience that makes donations visible

Wear the Peace is a purpose-driven fashion brand that turns every product sold into a form of aid. The brand's greatest strength is this impact story that goes beyond shopping; however, customers were unable to see how their contributions grew over time in one single place. Our goal was to create a space where customers could clearly see the donations they have made and the total impact they have created on their own account pages. This way, every order becomes not just a purchase, but part of a long-term bond formed with the brand. We added a custom impact dashboard within the customer account that is fully aligned with the brand's identity. On this page, customers can see at a glance the meals they have provided and the monetary donations they have made to date, linked directly to their orders.

A dashboard that amplifies impact and strengthens loyalty

The impact dashboard we built tells the brand's donation story to the customer in a direct and personal way. Customers can track how many meals and how much aid they have contributed to with every order directly in their accounts; this strengthens repeat purchases and brand loyalty. The dashboard was designed entirely in line with the brand's visual language and functions as a natural part of the customer account experience. Since donation information is automatically matched with orders, it remains up-to-date at all times without placing an additional burden on the brand team. All text in the dashboard was structured so that the brand team can edit it themselves without needing a developer. As a result, Wear the Peace gained a customer experience that transparently shares its social impact with its customers, creating both emotional and measurable value.
