A system that manages the entire operation from a single dashboard
DTF Town runs a high-volume, multi-step production and delivery operation. Preparing orders, distributing them across different stores and teams, and ensuring timely delivery went beyond what a standard store dashboard could handle on its own. We built a custom management dashboard for the brand that syncs fully with Shopify, allowing the entire operation to be managed from a single screen. Orders match with Shopify instantly, and teams can track the status of every order in real time. The dashboard was designed with role-based access for multiple stores and teams with different responsibilities. Each user sees only the tasks they are responsible for, while managers have a bird's-eye view of the entire operation.


Fast delivery and smart operations management
The dashboard was enhanced with courier integration on the delivery side, allowing orders requiring fast delivery to be routed directly through the system. Pickup orders can be viewed and processed from a single screen, and shipping labels can be generated and purchased directly within the dashboard. In-house orders are evaluated using AI-powered analysis, which facilitates prioritization during peak periods and helps catch potential errors early. Since all steps are consolidated into a single workflow, operations proceed much faster and with greater transparency. As a result, DTF Town now has a powerful operational infrastructure that easily handles its growing order volume and manages store, team, and delivery processes from a single hub. This project demonstrates that Shopify can support even the most intensive operations when paired with the right custom solutions.
