Because Shopify Payments isn't offered in Turkey, Shopify POS can't collect payment on its own at checkout. We connect the till in your physical store directly to a payment terminal, process the sale as an ÖKC-compliant fiscal receipt, and write it into your Shopify admin at the same time.

In this system, built together with our certified payment terminal partner, the payment request from the till is sent to the Pavo terminal, and the completed sale is automatically recorded in Shopify. Your in-store and online sales run on one shared stock and order flow; if your store isn't on Shopify yet, we handle that step first with our Shopify migration service.

We build the connection layer that sends the payment request from the till to the Pavo terminal and automatically turns the completed sale into a Shopify order. No manual matching between till and terminal is needed.

ÖKC-Compliant Fiscal Receipt Integration

With Yeni Nesil ÖKC-certified Pavo terminals, payment collection and the fiscal receipt are completed in a single transaction for every sale. Your obligation under Law No. 3100 is met from day one.

Payment Provider Application

We manage your application to PayTR, a bank POS, or BKM Express, and register the approved service on the Pavo device. More than one payment provider can be connected to the same terminal.

How It Works

The System's Four Parts

The integration is built from four components working in sync: Shopify POS starts the sale at the till, the connection layer sends the payment request to the terminal, the terminal completes payment and the fiscal receipt in one step, and the payment provider confirms the transaction.

Shopify POS

The sale is made at the till; orders and stock stay in sync across every channel. The screen and flow for store staff don't change.

Connection Layer

Sends the payment request from the till to the terminal and records the completed sale in Shopify. No manual data entry is needed between the two systems.

Pavo Terminal

An ÖKC-compliant physical payment device. The customer taps or inserts their card here; payment collection and the fiscal receipt are completed in one step.

Payment Provider

PayTR, a bank POS, or BKM Express; more than one can be connected to the same terminal. Your existing payment provider agreement is usually kept as is.

No ERP Required

Product, stock and order data are already kept in Shopify; no separate system or integration is set up. Accounting and production processes are out of scope.

Can I use Shopify POS without Shopify Payments in Turkey?

Yes, but the payment side needs a separate terminal and integration layer. Shopify POS handles checkout and stock, while the Pavo terminal and your chosen payment provider collect the payment.

Can I connect my existing bank POS device to this integration?

The connection is built through Pavo terminals; if you have a different POS device, you'll need to switch to Pavo first. Your existing payment provider agreement (PayTR, a bank POS, BKM Express) can usually be kept.

How long does setup take?

It takes two weeks on average. The Pavo device delivery and the payment provider application run in parallel over one to two weeks, then connection setup and testing are completed.

Can I get this service if I don't have an ERP system?

Yes, this service is designed specifically for brands without an ERP. Since product, stock and order data already lives in Shopify, no separate system or integration is set up; accounting and production processes are out of scope.

What happens if I use a terminal that isn't ÖKC-compliant?

The sale gets recorded in Shopify, but no fiscal receipt is produced; under Law No. 3100, this leads to penalties in a tax audit. The Pavo terminals we use in this integration are Yeni Nesil ÖKC-certified, which removes this risk from the start.

My store isn't on Shopify yet — what should I do first?

You'll need to move your store to Shopify first. Once the migration is complete, the POS integration is set up through the same process.
