Nodus Works Return & Delivery Policy

At Nodus Works, we care about customer satisfaction in the design, development, and integration services we offer for Shopify stores. However, due to the nature of digital services, our delivery and return policy is set out below under certain conditions.

1. Service Delivery

All projects are delivered in stages in accordance with the project schedule agreed with the client.
Deliveries can be in the form of project files, access information, or live store streaming.
The customer gives the necessary approvals in the demo or preview phases before project delivery.

2. Payment Terms

The cost of services 50% + VAT at the start of business,
Kalan 50% + VAT before completion of work and delivery is charged.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, EFT or other payment methods (credit card, etc.) specified by Nodus Works.

3. Cancellation & Return Policy

All services offered by Nodus Works digital content and project-based Since, no refunds are made for completed or started services.
In the event that the customer cancels the service after the start of the project, the prepayment made (per work payment) non-refundable.
If the client decides not to continue the work, only written notices made before the start of work can be considered.

4. Revisions and Corrections

Each project, the number specified in the proposal phase Right of revision includes.
No additional fees will be charged unless revision requests are outside the scope of the project.
Requests for revisions must be submitted in a timely manner, affecting the delivery date.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery time may vary depending on the scope of the project and customer approval processes.
Nodus Works notifies the customer in writing in the event of a delay due to unforeseen technical or external reasons.
