Nodus Works Return and Delivery Policy

At Nodus Works, we prioritize customer satisfaction in the design, development, and integration services we offer for Shopify stores. However, due to the nature of digital services, our delivery and return policy is outlined below under certain conditions.

1. Service Delivery

  • All projects are delivered in phases according to the project schedule agreed upon with the customer. Deliveries may take the form of project files, access information, or live store launches. The customer provides the necessary approvals during the demo or preview stages prior to project delivery.

2. Payment Terms

  • 50% of the service fee + VAT is collected at the start of the project, and the remaining 50% + VAT is collected upon completion of the project and prior to delivery. Payments can be made via bank transfer, EFT, or other payment methods specified by Nodus Works (credit card, etc.).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Since all services provided by Nodus Works are digital content and project-based, no refunds are given for completed or started services. If the customer cancels the service after the project has started, the advance payment (upfront payment) will not be refunded. If the customer decides not to proceed with the work, only written notifications made before the work began will be considered.

4. Revisions and Corrections

  • Each project includes the number of revision rights specified in the proposal stage. Revision requests will not incur additional fees as long as they do not exceed the scope of the project. Revision requests must be submitted in a timely manner so as not to affect the delivery date.

5. Delivery Times

  • The delivery time may vary depending on the scope of the project and customer approval processes. Nodus Works will notify the customer in writing in the event of delays due to unforeseen technical or external reasons.
